Pastor Ralph Wilson Jr. is the lead pastor of The Well House of Worship. With a passion for helping others understand the Gospel, Ralph has a true desire to change the world by building people who will change the world. Ralph has dedicated his life to creating a church culture of free worship, servanthood, and leadership.

Ralph began serving the people of God at the age of 26 at his local church and has accumulated 13 years of experience in building and creating leaders in the healthcare arena as well as leading youth and young adults in previous churches. With the hunger initiated, Ralph worked to lead his group of excited, young believers through the experience of witnessing firsthand the awesome work of God moving on their behalf.

Ralph received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Winston-Salem State University in 2004. He also received his Master of Business Administration from Strayer University in 2009. He is currently attending Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary to obtain his Master of Divinity. He has been married to Temeka Wilson for 14 years and they have two daughters, Alexandria and Alivia.
